Poppy & Jack Pregnancy Retreat

Our retreats are designed to offer a space of calm where pregnant women can unwind, meet other like-minded mamas, and share experiences in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Ticket includes:

• Pregnancy, birth and fourth trimester tips from Charlotte and a Guest Expert to support you during your pregnancy and as you prepare to welcome your baby.

• Afternoon Tea: a non-alcoholic cocktail on arrival, selection of sandwiches and cakes, and a hot drink.

• 30 minutes of deep-relaxation using calm breathing techniques and hypnobirthing scripts.

• New Mama Friends
