Motherhood holds so many layers - anticipation, joy, exhaustion, love, overwhelm, grief, change, and growth.

 

Whether you are expecting your baby, navigating the early days of new motherhood, or have been mothering for many years, this space is here to support you exactly as you are.

Our mindfulness sessions are designed to gently bring you back to yourself - helping to regulate the nervous system, ease overwhelm, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness and inner calm.

These sessions are trauma-informed, meaning we prioritise choice, safety, pacing, and autonomy at all times. You will never be asked to go anywhere internally that feels too much. Instead, we work with gentle awareness, grounding, and practices that support your system to feel more resourced over time.

What is a Mindfulness Session?

Each session is a calm, supportive space to pause, breathe, and reconnect. We focus on practical, accessible tools that can be integrated into everyday life - even in the busiest or most challenging moments of motherhood.

Sessions may include:

  • Nervous system education in simple, relatable language

  • Grounding techniques to support feelings of overwhelm or anxiety

  • Breathwork practices to gently regulate stress responses

  • Guided relaxation and body-based awareness practices

  • Mindful awareness of thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations

  • Support in recognising signs of stress and how your system responds

  • Tools to help you return to a sense of safety and presence

Who are these sessions for?​

 

These sessions are open to anyone who identifies as a mother, including:

  • Expectant mothers preparing for birth and early parenthood

  • New mothers adjusting to the emotional and physical demands of postpartum life

  • Mothers navigating ongoing parenting challenges

  • Mothers who have been on their journey for many years and still need space for themselves

  • Mothers journeying through loss and grief

 

You do not need any prior experience with mindfulness. 

Why mindfulness for motherhood?

 

Motherhood can often leave little space for your own nervous system to settle. Over time, this can feel like:

  • Constant mental load or overthinking

  • Feeling “on edge” or easily overwhelmed

  • Difficulty resting, even when you have the chance

  • Emotional fatigue or disconnection from yourself

  • A sense of running on autopilot

Mindfulness offers a gentle way back to yourself. It's about learning how to meet your experience with awareness, compassion, and choice.

Over time, these practices can support:

  • Greater emotional regulation

  • Increased capacity for stress

  • A deeper sense of internal safety

  • Improved sleep and rest patterns

  • More presence in daily life and relationships

  • A kinder, more connected relationship with yourself

Session Options

Single 1-Hour Session

A gentle introduction or a moment of reset when you need immediate support, reflection, or grounding.

Investment: £65 per session (reduced rates are available for single parents and low-income families - please get in touch for more information).

Block of 5 Sessions

A more supportive container for deeper integration, allowing time to build skills, develop consistency, and notice changes in your nervous system over time.

Investment: £275 per block (save £50)
