As a clinical hypno-psychotherapist and NLP practitioner specialising in perinatal wellbeing, birth trauma support, and maternal mental health, I offer a compassionate and trauma-informed space for healing and growth. My work includes birth debriefing, support for birth trauma and difficult birth experiences, and therapeutic support for anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, depression, anger, low self-esteem, and loss of confidence during the perinatal period.
Alongside this, I offer mindfulness for mothers and hypnotherapy to support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of calm and connection in everyday life. These approaches can help you feel more grounded, supported, and able to navigate the challenges of motherhood with greater ease.
I also support mothers and birth partners in processing experiences related to fertility challenges, miscarriage, baby loss, pregnancy complications, and feeding difficulties, offering a safe and respectful space for your story to be heard and held.
Sessions are currently held online. I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation to explore your needs and how we might work together.
