Terms & Conditions
Booking
A booking does not constitute the creation of a contract and Poppy & Jack reserves the right to decline to process a booking. If the booking is not able to be fulfilled a full refund will be automatically processed.
Payment
A non-refundable £50 deposit is required to book any of my courses. The remaining balance is required no later than 14 days before the start of the course.
Events & workshops must be paid for at the point of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Participant Cancellation
The balance fee will be repaid promptly and in full if your baby arrives before the course or in the very unlikely event of the course being cancelled. These are the only circumstances under which a refund will be made.
Events and workshop tickets are non refundable but are transferable within a 6 month period.
Courses and Events Cancellation
Poppy & Jack reserves the right to amend or cancel any course or events, course times, dates or published prices. Changes to prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already booked will not be subject to any price increase.
Intellectual property
Any recording or written material included as part of The Complete Hypnobirthing course or arising from this course and all rights worldwide (including Intellectual Property Rights) relating thereto respectively are the sole property of Charlotte Crowder-Cattier, Poppy & Jack, KG Hypnobirthing Ltd, or others from whom such rights may be derived (whether or not protected by trademark and copyright laws) and may not be used other than for the personal use of the participant without obtaining prior written permission. Courses and workshops participants agree not to record or share the content or any part thereof.

Using Hypnobirthing techniques is not a substitute for the advice of or the presence during birth or any part of pregnancy or labour of a qualified medical practitioner, midwife or obstetrician. It does not represent in fact or otherwise an alternative to appropriate medical care or for professional medical advice in any way shape or form.
GDPR
By signing up to our courses and events, the participant agrees that Charlotte Crowder-Cattier and Poppy & Jack shall hold the details you provide at registration on file and on computer and, in accordance with the GDPR Act 2018, you have the right to view, amend or delete your individual file by giving not less than seven days' written notice. We treat your personal data with the utmost care and keep only relevant information to process your booking . We will not sell or give your information to a 3rd party.
